Our Check-In time starts at 14:00. It is possible to get an early Check-In on a fee basis when the room is available. The room doors work with an electronic card system. Due to the sensitive stripe on the back of room card, we advise you not to carry the hotel key card with the cell phone or other electronic devices, as the card could get erased. When the room door won't open, we require you personally to come to the reception desk for security reasons.
Check-out Time and Door Lock
The check out time on your departure day is 12:00. After 12:00, the room key will be deactivated. Please leave the hotel key card at reception until afternoon. If you would like to extend your stay in the hotel for any reason, then we kindly ask you to inquire at the reception in the morning on your departure day. The usage of the room after check-out time will be charged to your billing.
Internet and WiFi

Room Heating & Cooling System
There is a central air conditioning system in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd hotel buildings. Heating and Cooling modes are set up due to seasonal changes and weather conditions which is controlled via the centralized system. 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th buildings and Villas are installed with VRV Heating & Cooling System. You can set the temperature by yourself. There is a sensor on the balcony doors, so the air conditioning system does not run with the balcony door open.

Minibar & Tea-coffee setup
The mini bar has products, tea and coffee sets for free of charge. It is filled up once during the day. When guest hangs DND (do not disturb card ) on the door hand, the mini bar will not be checked.
There is a safe box in your room where you can store your private items during the holiday at no cost. The Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen property in the occupied room or around the hotel area.

Please remember to empty the safe box while checking out, and leave it open for the next guest.
Housekeeping and Pillow menu
Rooms are cleaned between 9:00– 16:00.To request room cleaning at the certain time, please call the Guest Service - 8080 or contact us via Whatsapp +905302323534. If you do not want to be disturbed, please put DND (do not disturb) hanger on the knob or activitate your DND Button. If it is not taken by 15:30, then the room will not be cleaned on that day. Please note that white towels should be used only in the room.If you need towels to be changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
In order to provide a highly comfortable sleep, we offer various type of pillows for guests such as orthopedic and goose feather pillows.
Iron facilities & Laundry service
There are an iron & an ironing board in each room. Please do not forget to switch an ironing off after using it. If you need to use washing and dry cleaning services, please fill the form that in wardrobe and put items into the laundry bag. The Laundry service is chargeable. Beach & Pool Use and Beach Towels
The sun loungers and parasols are free of charge for the guests. There are enough sun loungers around beach and pools. We kindly ask you not to leave towels or personal items on them. If you can't find free sunlounger please ask our staff for information.
Our pools are cleaned with chemicals and by ionization system (contains: Silver, Copper, and Ion).
The towels are available on towel desks, however, we ask you not to take beach towels to the room.
There is an indoor swimming pool in Callos Spa which is located in 2nd Building. The heated outdoor pool is in front of Callos Spa and can be used in any season.
The lifeguards constantly are serving guests depending on weather conditions and seasons. It is not safe to enter the beach or swimming pool when lifeguards are absent.
Beach Flag Colors Meaning :
Red at the Top - Yellow at the Bottom = Lifeguard is on duty
Red at the Top - Yellow at the Bottom+Yellow Flag = Lifeguard is on duty, Getting to the beach or swimming pool is not safe
Red Flag = Lifeguard is absent, dangerous to go to the beach
The channels are fixed on the television. Please do not try to set them manually.

We allow the Friends or Families of our in-house guest to visit them in the lobby for an hour. When you want to have a guest please let the reception to know in advance. The outside guest should present an identity card or passport at the entrance. For extension of the visit, we kindly ask you to inform the reception desk. If a guest decides for stay longer than one hour, the visit will be chargeable.

Callos SPA works from 9:00 to 20:00. During summer season kids mini club works from 10:00 to 12:00 and prepares special food menu. Working hours may change in the winter season.

After collecting lost items in the Hotel the staff will sign them into the system.
